By accessing or using Poker Academy (β€œthe Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Use of Service

Poker Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our GTO chart data.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Trial periods are available as described at signup β€” see our pricing page for current trial terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All GTO calculations, chart data, and software are owned by Poker Academy and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized scraping or redistribution of chart data is prohibited.
